El Programa Nacional de Farmacovigilancia de Guatemala es la estructura descentralizada que integra las actividades que el Ministerio de Salud Pública y Asistencia Social realiza para recoger y elaborar la información sobre eventos adversos o cualquier otro problema relacionado con medicamentos.
